Service Villa Rules & Policies

  1. Check-in at 12:00 Noon & Check-out by 11:00 AM.
  2. No cancellation allowed. Cancellation applicable only under extreme cases.
  3. 50% advance while booking, balance to be paid before check-in.
  4. Please take care of our property; you may be charged for damages.
  5. Our place is smoke-free and pet-free.
  6. We keep your information confidential, used only for your reservation.
  7. Extra guest is chargeable, as applicable.
  8. We do not provide any complimentary breakfast.
  9. No pickup or drop facility provided.
  10. Each guest must carry a valid government photo ID card (mandatory).
  11. Visitors are strictly not allowed.
  12. In-premises vehicle parking is available at your own risk.
  13. Internet service available across Service apartments.

  1. Alcohol consumption is not allowed within the property premises.
  2. Smoking within the premises is not allowed.

  1. This property is accessible to guests who use a wheelchair. Guests are requested to carry their own wheelchair.

  1. Pets are not allowed.
  2. There are no pets living on the property.

Finding Keys to the Property

  1. Guests can collect or deposit keys through the building staff.
  2. Self check-in via Smart Door is not available.

Other Rules

  1. Private parties or events are not allowed.
  2. Guests are requested not to invite outside visitors in the room during their stay.
